Our Story

Welcome to Healing Motions LLC! My name is Marcie and I'm excited to share the transformative power of self-care through Massage  and Lymphatic Therapy. After witnessing pain in so many people I've met in the service industry, I pursued my certifications to become both a Massage Therapist as well as a Certified Lymphedema Therapist to help others find relief and improve their well-being. I believe that while one session may not solve everything, it's the first step towards a more mobile, relaxed, and healthy you. I'm dedicated to supporting your journey and can't wait to partner with you on this path!

Cupping Therapy

Cupping Therapy is a time-honored practice with roots in ancient Egypt, China, Greece, and the Middle East. This therapy is known for promoting overall health, often showcased by athletes with distinctive cupping marks. It's important to note that as massage therapists, we do not provide diagnoses; any medical concerns should addressed with a healthcare professional. During a Cupping session, cups are strategically placed on high tension areas, utilizing various techniques to enhance blood flow and relax muscle tissue.

- Pain Relief

- Muscle Relaxation

- Improved Circulation

- Reduced inflammation
